Digital is vital. The 2022 Digital Maturity Index Report explains four key areas where your credit union needs to measure up.

The primacy of digital as a competitive differentiator is clear in the minds of the leadership at credit unions.  The results from the 2022 Digital Maturity Index (DMI) survey indicates that an overwhelming majority – 84 percent – believe that digital is central to their competitive strategy.

But the average score of credit unions on the DMI, which measures four areas essential to the success of digital-first cultures, was 3.4 out of a possible 5.0.  So how can credit unions, the bulk of which believe digital will make or break their ability to win in a competitive marketplace, move their digital maturity from a C to a B or better.
